The Mesh-Belt Hardening and Tempering Furnaces with RX, auto-scaling, computerised in-process control and data recording all ensure consistent properties and the traceability of every part.

In-house surface finishing facilities are installed for plating, passivating and top coats. Production lines are microprocessor controlled with automatic zinc phosphating, zinc plating, zinc nickel plating and more.

Laser sorting machines with eddy current and vision are used for detecting any part failure.

Further revolutionising workshop management the automatic storage and retrieval systems connects all production processes together and log all relevant line data.

	INTELLIGENT PRODUCTION AND MANAGEMENT Our Information Technology Integrated Management System (ITIMS) involves the whole working process to be fully monitored and evaluated in real-time at every step of production as well as stockholding and delivery, enabling strategic planning and feedback to the customer at all times. The online system will also enable customers to get an overview of our stock and order directly over the internet.
